Cooking on a Propane Grill?

Question: Glenda asked, "We live in an area where we BBQ year round. We only use the leanest of meats, and we grill with propane. Is BBQ'ing this way just as harmful because we still have the black stripes from cooking?"

 

Shirley: Unfortunately, the problem is not the method used to barbeque. The problem is the flames and the extreme heat. You're doing well to use lean meat. I would suggest you read the article again and see if there are other tips you can incorporate into your barbequeing.
